Meneko Spigner McBeth of Deptford New Jersey just won the
Lays "do us a flavor" competition. The nurse's wasabi ginger chips idea won among other flavors submitted. She will also get more money if the chips flavor sells more than $100 million , in which case she'd get 1% of the sales. There were three other runner up flavors namely: cappuccino, mango salsa, cheddar bacon mac & cheese and they all got $50,000 each. The company said that there were 14 million submissions for the contest.
