A 9 years Old boy who tried to feed a bear in a Chinese zoo ended up loosing his right arm. This incident happened in the Pingdingshan, Hebin park in Henan province. According to sfgate.com, the boy managed to push his hand through the bear's cage to feed it when the bear bit it off. Doctors who treated the boy said his right arm was utterly severed and had to be amputated.
