The New UN Ebola Trust Fund Falls short of Expectation.

The nytimes.com is reporting that the UN Ebola fund set by the world body for $1,Billion to combat the Ebola outbreak has fallen short of the goal..The fund has only $100,000 in actual cash and   $20.Million in pledges. The number of cases is estimated to exceed 9000 this week with the death rate standing at half of that number. The UN Secretary General , Ban Ki Moon, has called out for urgent response after realizing this shortfall in funding. The donation so far is from Colombia.

Mean while the fear of ebola has set off a spike in the demand for Hazmat protective suits and protective  masks. Too extreme? I think.' better be safe than sorry. Stay safe everyone.
