Lowe's Infuses More Technology Into It's Customer Service: Say Hello To New Robots AKA OSHbots.

                                                   

Lowe's is introducing Robots on
aisle 3 in their stores to help with customer service. The new robots on wheels can help customers with little tasks like matching items for example nails. The robots are being tested in San Jose California at Orchard Supply Hardware store owned by Lowe's. The robots also have a database of Inventory, so they can tell you if items are in stock or not.
