According to Reuters, the chibok girls kidnapped by the terror group are scheduled to be released on Tuesday. A spokesperson for the Nigerian Government revealed this information but declined to say where the exchange would take place.
The head of Nigerian Military, Air Chief Marshall Alex Badeh, had announced yesterday that a cease- fire agreement had been reached between the Nigerian Government and the terror group ,which in part will secure the release of the Chibok girl and suspend violent attacks in the Country.
The Spokesman and leader of the terror group, Abubakar Shekau, who was reported to have been killed by the Nigerian soldiers in a raid which took place in Sept., but claims to still be alive in a video, has not confirmed the agreement yet or has any other person claiming to be representing the group.
Just hoping and praying that this development is credible and that the nightmare will soon be over for the girls, their families and the entire world.
