After months of making headlines for wearing next to nothing, Miley surprised us all by covering up with s floor-length gown at the 'Galaxy' themed 30th Annual Night of Stars event on Tuesday, Oct.22 and she looked gorgeous. Miley, 20,walked the Red Carpet at the New York City Hotspot Cipriani Wall Street  while donning a glittering green frock by Marc Jacobs.
