Kanye gets a Restraining Order.

After the altercation between Kanye West and a Photographer Daniel Ramos on LAX in July, the photographer sued Kanye for battery, assault and interference with his civil rights. Well, the judge, on Monday issued a restraining order against Kanye and he was ordered to stay at least 30 feet away from the photographer. The Judge however advised Ramos the photographer to keep his distance from the Star as well.
